The Seniors Connect program is dedicated to addressing social isolation amongst older people in the Noosa Shire through a variety of engaging, educational and wellbeing sessions at no cost.
There will be two sessions held at each location, an education session and a wellness session. The education sessions will cover relevant topics on how to navigate the Aged Care system (i.e. how to access services and find support). In the wellness sessions, we will share practical knowledge for healthy ageing, including (but not limited to) exercise, nutrition and medication management. Participants are highly encouraged to attend both!
Locations include, Pomona, Sunshine Beach, Kin Kin, Cooran, Peregian Beach, Cooroy and Boreen Point.
If you would like to attend a session, please fill out the below information and select the session you would like to attend. Alternatively, please contact Noosa Seniors on (07) 5329 6175 and they can register you on your behalf.
