Seniors Enquiry Line Community Education

Seniors Enquiry Line is able to provide free, community education to senior’s groups, community centres, retirement villages and service providers throughout South East Queensland.

Topics covered include:

•   Scams awareness (overview of scams and how scammers convince us)

•   Social media and online safety

•   Deep dives into specific scams (ie identity theft, unauthorised transaction scams and phishing scams)

•   Digital legacy

•   Concessions and supports available to Queensland seniors

•   Overview of the supports provided by UnitingCare’s Older Persons Programs (Elder Abuse Prevention Unit, Seniors Enquiry Line and Time for Grandparents)

There is a feedback form for convenors/ organisers to submit feedback on behalf of their group/service.   There is also a feedback form for individuals.
