Brisbane World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Event

Join us at the Queen Street Mall Stage to raise awareness and promote respect and inclusion for older people in our community.

This free community activation will feature interactive activities, information stalls, and resources to help you recognise, prevent and respond to elder abuse.

What to expect:

  • interactive giant games
  • free cupcakes and information packs (while supplies last)
  • local organisations sharing practical information and support services
  • a short guest address.

Come along, start a conversation, and show your support by wearing purple for World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
