Safe and Confident Living Program – Woodridge
The Safe and Confident Living Program aims to support older people in maintaining and extending their participation in their communities. The Program works with older people who have reduced quality of life or who are at risk of social isolation as a result of their perception or experience of crime. The Program provides accurate information on the incidence of crime in the area and provides access to information on personal and community safety. The Safe and Confident Living Program also aims to increase confidence among older people by informing them about services and supports that are available in the community and by developing methods of linking older people into these services. We have computer training Monday to Friday, gentle exercise for Seniors and disability equipment for hire.
