Sunshine Coast Regional Housing Council provides information, advocacy, tenancy advice and housing to people on low incomes who can live independently without support. AAA Long-term Housing: * Provides 87 units of affordable, accessible appropriate housing for people on low incomes in Bed-sit (Boarding House) 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, disability and youth housing for people needing long-term independent accommodation. Waiting list applies. Community Rent Scheme: * Manages 97 properties providing transitional subsidised accommodation for low income people waiting for Public Housing. Must be on Public Housing waiting list. Appointments necessary. Tenant Advice and Advocacy Service: * Offers tenancy law advice, support and/or advocacy to all QLD tenants (including residents in boarding house/hostel style accommodation) to ensure their interests are represented.
