The 139 Club is a drop in centre for the homeless or anyone experiencing difficulties in their lives. The club aims to provide a better quality of life for the homeless, destitute and socially isolated people. The club offers a wide range of services. Breakfast and lunch are served weekdays at a minimal fee. Free soup is available at meal times and free tea and sandwiches are available at morning and afternoon tea times. Free lunch is available on weekends. Other services available include showers, laundry facilities, free second hand clothing, counselling, medical services, emergency relief, recreational activities, rest and storage facilities and a mailing address for those with no fixed address.
