We will run a free 2 week trial starting in Seniors Week. People interested in attending are required to book on the number below. Class details and times as follows:
Take a Seat: Tuesdays 8am – 8:45am
A whole body workout combining cardio and strength all in a stable and controlled seatedposition. (Beginner)
Iron-Man: Tuesdays 2pm – 2:45pm
Circuit based training using different equipment with a focus on improving bone density and metabolism. Men only.
Gym Junkies: Wednesdays 8:15am – 9am
Using all different equipment on the Gym floor with a focus on improving strength for functional movements.
Golden Oldies: Wednesdays 2pm – 2:45pm; Friday 8am – 8:45am
Old school aerobics to improve cardiovascular fitness and have fun.
Iron Woman: Thursdays 2pm – 2:45pm
Women’s only circuit based training using different equipment with a focus on improving bone density and metabolism.
Chair Yoga: Fridays 10:40am – 11:25am
Yoga with a focus on developing core strength, stability and flexibility. (Beginner)
